Empire Library is a state controlled and funded organization dedicated to the preservation and display of works of art and literature and non legal documents of cultural and historical significance. It is located in the heart of Lindstrom City.

History of the Library

The Library is one of the oldest institutions of the Natopian government. It was originally founded as Republic Library and was used to lend out items from Nathan Shepard's personal library. This was during the offline infancy of Natopia and thus all citizens were located in the same macronational vicinity, allowing this system.

As soon as Natopia went online Republic Library was given its current responsibilities, to document, archive and organize documents, art works and other important items for posterity in an open forum. Following the Natopian Transition the Library was renamed Kingdom Library for a short time during the period of the Sovereign Imperial Kingdom of Natopia. The name was changed finally to Empire Library when Natopia reorganized into the Sovereign Natopian Empire. The name briefly reverted back to Republic Library after the collapse of the Sovereign Natopian Empire and refounding of the Supreme Sovereign Republic of Natopia. Following the collapse of the Supreme Sovereign Republic the contents of the Library were moved to Doza Bibliotheka in Athlon, a successor state. The archives of Natopia before the collapse and Void are still located in Doza, Athlon, however many of the artifacts and works of literature have been moved back to Empire Library.
